Support through your studies

Whether you need support returning to education after a break, or you want to know where you can find your results, our Student Hub team is here to help you. This can be done through face-to-face meetings, over the phone consultations, via email, or by referral from a relevant member of staff. We know that any challenges you face may be daunting, but you don't have to go it alone. The primary areas of support are:

  • Result queries
  • Assessment queries
  • Mitigating Circumstances and Appeals
  • Status and scheduling changes (Interuptions, Withdrawals, Course/Campus transfers, Timetable Change Requests)
  • Technical referrals (primarily to VLE or CTS)
  • General college information

To ensure you receive the best possible support, our Student Hub team may request some personal information to address the enquiry in full. This may include information or documents regarding your medical history, evidence to support your request or consent to share. If you don't wish to disclose this information then our Wellbeing team can accept submissions.
