Student Support

Student Hub

Located in both Greenford and Greenwich, the Student Hub is designed to be the first point of contact for the available services at your campus. The Hub can offer support, information and signposting to help you make the most of your time at GSM London.

Student Hub Advisors are trained to provide initial guidance on matters relating to your studies, including offering advice with Student Finance issues. Advisors will liaise with, and refer you to, other frontline student support providers such as: Wellbeing, Registry, Careers Zone, Academic Departments and Student Engagement.

Wellbeing
We have a wide range of support designed to make your experience positive and enjoyable. The Wellbeing team are the first point of contact for students who may have health concerns, personal concerns, disabilities or learning difficulties. The aim of the service is to support you should any of these issues affect your studies in any way. The team can help you identify your support needs and guide you through the process to find the right support.

We encourage you to speak with us as soon as possible. There are many opportunities available at different points in your program such as: the application point, induction, or at any other point in your programme. The earlier we know, the quicker we can help.
