It is a Digital Marketing Institute accredited certification programme designed by the DMI in conjunction with leading digital marketing practitioners. Who should study?
This programme is ideal for anyone involved in the planning, implementation or measurement of digital strategies – or anyone who would like to pursue a career in this area. Increasingly many business roles require a working knowledge of digital marketing and the skills to plan and implement successful digital strategies. A professional qualification is an endorsement of your skill set for existing or prospective employers.
Ideally you will have a Level 3 qualification but work experience will be considered on an individual basis.
English Language Requirements
If English is not your first language you will be required to demonstrate English Language proficiency at the levels below:
Cambridge English (Advanced): Grade C or above (no less than "weak" in any skill)
Cambridge IELTS (Academic Test): 6.0 or above (no less than 5.5 in any skill & no less than 6.0 in the Reading and Writing skills for all Law related programmes)
Pearson Test of English (PTE Academic): 55 or above (No less than 51 in any skill & No less than 56 in the Reading and Writing skills for all Law related programmes)
For those that do not currently have an English Language qualification we offer the IELTS English programme at our Greenford campus.

Using state-of-the-art teaching methods and industry software, they’re dedicated to helping you pass your exams and gain skills you can take straight into the workplace.
Teaching will consist of intensive 3-hour taught sessions supported through GSM London’s virtual learning environment.
The DMI Certified Digital Marketing Professional qualification, version7 focuses on the planning, implementation and measurement of your Digital Marketing strategy and is delivered through the following modules:

Module 10: Digital Strategy
Blended learning intensive (face-to-face sessions and online): One Week Boot Camp - Monday to Friday between 10am-5pm.
Blended learning part-time (face-to-face sessions and online): Part-time Evening Classes between 6-9pm - 10 weeks every Friday
How you will be assessed
In order to achieve Digital Marketing Institute certification you will complete a satisfactory attendance record and pass three 1 hour computer based exams (Mix of Multiple Choice, Image Supported Multiple Choice, Matching, Drag & Drop, Hot Spot etc). Successful participants will be awarded the Digital Marketing Institute’s own Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing as it is accredited by the Digital Marketing Institute.
Upon completion of the 10 modules of the DMI Certified Digital Marketing Professional qualification, version7 participants are required to take the computer-based exams which will assess their knowledge of the course. The exam is organised by Pearson Exam Centre at an additional fee of £145.
The DMI Certified Digital Marketing Professional qualification, version7 is based on three formal exams measuring knowledge and competency of the modules established within the formal diploma programme scheme.
Each exam is 60 minutes long and consists of 65-67 questions. The passing score for each exam is 60% and students must pass all exams in order to be awarded an overall pass mark

* There are two ways to gain DMI certification:
1 - Take the exam at a Pearson Vue Centre. There is an additional £150 cost.
2 - Submit a written assessment to GSM London. There is no additional cost.
