When is my Induction day?
An email has been sent to you with details of where and when to attend your induction day. If you are still unsure about when to attend Induction, please contact us on 020 8516 7800.
When do I get my timetable?
Timetables are issued at the start of each semester the week before you commence your studies. Your timetable can be found on the Student Portal by clicking on the ‘My studies’ tab and selecting ‘Timetable’. Details of how to access your portal will be emailed to you before the start of the semester.
Please note your timetable will change each semester. All classes on the timetable must be attended every week.

How do I change my timetable?
Students are sent a link to the Timetable Change Request form to your GSM London email at the beginning of each semester. The link is also available on the Student Portal. You will need to complete this form online and provide third party and official supporting evidence. You will need to tell us when you are available and why you need your timetable to be changed.

When will I get my student loan?

When do I get my ID card?
ID cards are issued at your Induction day. Details of your Induction day have been sent to you.
Can I park my car on campus?
There is currently no student parking available on campus. Both the Greenford and Greenwich campuses are easily accessible by public transport. https://www.gsmlondon.ac.uk/campuses
How do I apply for a Student Oyster Card?
