Studying is crucial to achieving the best possible grades in your degree, it is for this reason we want to ensure that you have an area suitable to your needs.
We are proud to announce the launch of an exciting new project to develop our Greenwich library starting December 2015 through to January 2016, and our Greenford library space later in the year.
These modernised designs will double the existing floor area providing a 42% increase in study spaces, catering to the individual study needs of our students, whether they are looking for a silent atmosphere or group study area with audio visual equipment. There will also be a variety of computer study spaces, express or silent stay. Alongside the modern decor of each room, there will be improvements to lighting, air flow and noise control enhancing your overall library experience.
In addition to these developments, we have secured extra storage space at both our campuses allowing us to substantially increase the number of core textbooks available for modules across all programmes. In order to ensure all changes are relevant to our students, the Library has consulted with Student Reps during the design phase and will continue to do so while we plan the next steps of the project.
The library services will keep you updated and photographs will be posted during the process showing progress of your study area.
