Making an application to study an undergraduate programme at GSM London

Applications to GSM London and other UK universities must be made through the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS) for entry to full-time undergraduate degrees. All available programmes from GSM London and all universities are listed on the UCAS website.

Please read the following guidelines to find out exactly how and when to apply:

- You can apply to UCAS from 1 September for entry the following spring, summer and autumn
- The normal closing date for receipt of applications is 15 January, after which you can apply through UCAS Extra or as a late applicant
- In many cases you can defer entry by up to one year, especially if you wish to gain relevant work experience or improve your language skills

Applying from a UCAS registered school or via the GSM London recruitment team

If you are applying to GSM London via UCAS we’ll pay your application fee for you, as long as GSM London is your only choice. As a registered centre with UCAS you’ll need to link your application to GSM London using a ‘buzzword’, ours is SUCCEED

All UK schools and colleges (and a small number of establishments overseas) are registered with UCAS to manage their students’ applications. Advice is available from your teacher or a careers adviser at your school or college. You will fill in an online application and submit it to a member of staff at your school or college. After checking your details and adding the academic reference, your school will submit the completed application online to UCAS. You can pay your UCAS application fee online using a credit card or debit card. You may also be able to pay through your school or college.

Independent applicants in the UK

Our other UK applicants, who are not at school or college or applying using the GSM London buzzword, apply online independently. It is likely that you are an applicant who left school a number of years ago, unlike current school and college students, and cannot readily seek advice from your teacher. But don’t worry, many of our students are in your position, instead consulting with various careers organisations.

Please remember, you are responsible for paying the correct UCAS application fee, for obtaining and attaching the academic reference and for submitting the completed application online to UCAS. If at any point you require any information, advice or guidance, please do get in contact with our Course Advisory team by clicking here

Our UCAS code is G74.
