Office of Student Complaints Appeals and Regulations (OSCAR)

The College is committed to providing our students with a high quality educational experience. When issues arise, the College believes in resolving informally any academic appeal or complaint at the point when the issue occurred. However, where this is not possible, we do have a number of procedures through which you may be supported. The College is keen to learn from the complaints we receive and we will ask for your feedback on how we are doing. The work of the OSCAR Team is focused on dealing with student complaints, academic appeals, interruptions of study, student misconduct and extenuating circumstances.
